The Little Rock Internal Medicine Clinic (LRIMC) was founded in 1970 by four internal-medicine physicians. For more than 30 years, the clinic has been proud to provide extensive and comprehensive care to our patients.
All of the LRIMC physicians are internists, specialists in internal medicine. They each have had several years of additional training after medical school, providing them with the knowledge and skills to diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of diseases.
LRIMC specializes in the treatment and management of the following diseases:

Cholesterol Management
Diabetes - including 72-Hour Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Pump Therapy
Hypertension
Osteoporosis - Including Bone-Density Testing
Preventive Medicine
Preoperative and Perioperative Consultations
The physicians at LRIMC specialize in adult medicine, providing primary care to adults above age 15. The physicians serve as their patients' primary-care physician by providing routine medical care, annual physical exams, health screenings and preventive care.
In addition, the internal-medicine physicians at LRIMC serve as specialists to referring family-practice physicians to diagnose and treat patients with complex health concerns, multiple medical conditions, or the need for preoperative or perioperative care. They serve patients in both the clinic and hospital settings.
